Ticket Buyers must agree to the following terms and conditions:

Ticket Validity:
Tickets are valid only for the specified date and time of the performance.
Tickets are subject to inspection, and entry may be refused if the ticket is damaged or altered.
One (1) ticket will allow entry for one (1) person only.

Entry to the theater will be granted upon presentation of the e-ticket, either in printed form or on a mobile device. This ticket has a unique QR code and can only be scanned once.

Refund and Exchange Policy:
Tickets are non-refundable, except in the case of an event cancellation.
Exchanges for a different date or time are subject to availability and additional fees.

Cancellation or Postponement:
The theater reserves the right to cancel or postpone a performance due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, ticket holders will be informed immediately and will be eligible for a refund or exchange. Ticket holders will be notified via email or SMS using the contact details provided at the time of booking. Refunds or exchanges will be offered accordingly.

Latecomers Policy:
Latecomers may not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance to avoid disrupting the show.
Ticket holders with reserved seating may forfeit their seats if they arrive late. However, they may be allowed to claim their seats during intermission. No refunds or exchanges will be offered for late arrivals.

Lost or Stolen Tickets:
2TinCans will not be responsible for lost or stolen tickets. However, we may issue duplicate tickets upon presentation of the proof of purchase, and for as long as the QR code has not yet been scanned or used.

Code of Conduct:
Ticket holders are expected to behave respectfully towards fellow audience members, performers, and staff at all times, and follow theater rules. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in ejection without a refund.

Recording and Photography:
The use of recording devices, cameras, and mobile phones are prohibited during the performance.
Flash photography is strictly not allowed.
Violators will be fined accordingly.

Accessibility:
The theater is able to provide wheelchair access and companion seating. Please inform us ahead so we can assist you.

Force Majeure:
2TinCans is not liable for failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, such as acts of nature, government actions, or other unforeseen events.

Health and Safety:
Ticket holders agree to comply with all health and safety measures implemented by the theater.

By purchasing this e-ticket, the ticket holder acknowledges and agrees to abide by the above terms and conditions.
