2TinCans Philippines, Inc. and University of Southern Philippines Foundation present School of Rock on June 28 and 29 at the Dr. Ronald Duterte Theater- USPF Lahug Campus.
School of Rock is a two-hour, two-act musical based on the hit movie. The tuner follows Dewey Finn, a failed wannabe rockstar who decides to earn a little bit of cash by posing as a substitute teacher at the prestigious prep school, Horace Green. There he turns a class of straight-A students into a guitar-shredding, bass-slapping, mind blowing rock band. But can he get them into the Battle of the Bands without their parents and the school's headmistress finding out?
This amateur production of School of Rock is made through special arrangement with The Really Useful Group.
