Tops ArtFest is a vibrant, four-day annual contemporary art festival held at TOPS, the iconic panoramic lookout point in the mountains of Cebu City. Perched high above the cityscape, the event transforms this scenic destination into an open-air creative hub that merges breathtaking natural views with bold artistic expression.
Tops ArtFest serves as a massive platform for regional, national, and international talents, gathering over 300 artists, galleries, and creative collectives. It is designed to challenge traditional boundaries, urging creators to move "beyond the canvas" and experiment with unconventional media, spatial installations, and interactive exhibits.
What to Expect
- Immersive Art Exhibitions: Outdoor and indoor galleries showcasing diverse mediums from traditional paintings and sculptures to avant-garde digital installations.
