I AM NORMAL

Everything is fine. Ian is fine. The family is fine. This is a totally normal play.

I AM NORMAL follows Ian, who is confinced hee is living his best life. When a typhoon traps his family in their sala, eight years of unprocessed grief and the fronts they've been keeping up for each other slowly, inevitably, crack. What surfaces is the quiet devastation of people who learned to survive by never fully feeling anything.

Written and directed by Ciara Baricuatro, this is a story about a family that loves each other and has aboslutely no idea how to say so. But what you think you're watching and what you're actually watching are two different things.

Featuring Alexus Libarnes, Ernest Aleonar, Isabella Villarojo, and Vince Lopez, with stage management by Kjaran Dalay.

Kulukabildo II: Stories in Direct Light - A Theatre Series

Rooted in the Bisaya concept of kulukabildo (informal exchange), this series reimagines that exchange through the intentionality of the stage--bringing socially-relevant narratives into direct light. From April to November, this season serves as the culminating showcase of our directors' training program, featuring the distinct visions of eight emerging directors.

Join us for a season of intimate theatre that acts as a catalyst for reflection and community dialogue. 8 Months. 8 Directors. 1 Stage. Monthly this 2026.
